Deliveries will be made between 11am and 6pm unless prearranged with one of our Florists. Delivery times will be determined by the Courier run on the day.
Orders must be placed by 11.00am, Monday until Friday for same day delivery.
Gated Property’s will need a gate code provided for delivery before delivery is made. Failure of providing a gate code may result in a re-delivery fee or non-delivery.
Please provide a contact phone number for the recipient. If there is no one to receive flowers at the address given, your flowers will be left at the front door in a shady place and the recipient contacted to notify them of the delivery and where they have been left. If we are unable to get hold of the recipient in case of a locked gate, dog or any other reason the flowers will be returned to the shop, and an extra delivery fee will be charged for redelivery the following day, or the recipient may pick up for the shop themselves.
